Y&H Self-Harm in Adults Research Study - Dissemination Event

This event shared the findings of a qualitative study conducted by the University of Sheffield in relation to self-harm in adults from across the Y&H region. The first half of the event shared how the study was conducted and the key findings from the research, with the opportunity to pose questions to the research team. As part of the second half of the event, we were keen to hear from all regional stakeholders and explore how the findings from the research can be translated into tangible recommendations to inform local practice.

This event was open to all partners and stakeholders who lead on work related to self-harm or have an active interest in improving community responses and outcomes in relation to self-harm. This includes Local Authority Public Health teams, Integrated Care Boards, Mental Health Service Commissioners, Mental Health Trusts, Voluntary and Community Sector organisations, local police forces and Higher Education Institutions.
