Making Every Contact Count

By using a MECC approach we can have conversations with people who are impacted most by the cost of living crisis.  The MECC Link app includes a guidance on applying a very brief intervention using an ask, assist and act approach.  The 'act' section provides useful signposting information to sources of national and local support services throughout Yorkshire and the Humber.
