Action Cards
The YH Food Systems Network are working on a series of topic-based action cards focused on the YH Food Systems Network workstream.
The action cards are aimed at local authorities, food partnerships, Integrated Care Systems and wider stakeholders working within the local food system. In producing the action cards, we aim to bring together concise and relevant information on a number of key joint objectives across the food system, to guide and support stakeholders in making the case and progressing work with local partners.
